I checked in every few minutes to make sure she was doing all right, and talk a little about the ponies. After Sonic Rainboom, she wanted to watch the first two episodes, so I set that up for her. Toward the beginning of the second, she asked if I'd stay and watch with her. How can I refuse that? We watched the ponies reveal their elements together, chatting more about them. I noticed through this that her parents kept eyeing me. After a while, they suddenly decided that they had to leave. Immediately. The girl wasn't happy about this, since the episode wasn't quite over yet, but begrudgingly went along, no fit pitched. Clutching Twilight Sparkle in one hand and balloon in the other (and dropping poor Spike), she gave me a big smile and a hug before they hurried her away and left. I should say here that my honey's family is pretty accepting of me. Mostly. I heard after that the parents got freaked that I was spending so much time around their little girl. Yay.

Thanksgiving was odd. Spent it with my honey's family, and their relatives. One of the families is notorious for fighting and yelling parents, and particularly unruly, screaming young kids, a boy and a girl. My honey was able to briefly distract the boy by pulling up "Bob The Builder" episodes on Netflix on her laptop. This didn't entertain the girl, though, and she was soon running around with her Twilight Sparkle balloon set, having it make its noises over and over, evoking memories of bored Sweetie Belle. Once dinner was done, I pulled out my Touchpad -- brought just in case this happened -- and asked her what her favorite episode was. She couldn't identify one, but her favorite pony was Rainbow Dash. So, I fired up Sonic Rainboom, and I was suddenly her best friend in the world, if for no other reason than I actually knew who Rainbow Dash was, let alone had a neat gizmo that let her watch the show.

@mark Aw! Yes, it is a pretty touching one. I think that quite a few can probably relate to the turtle ("Tortoise!"), so his finally being accepted at the end is rather cathartic.

Weekend hiding from the world was helpful, though didn't get to hide as much as I wanted due to various friends and my honey having emergencies that required me breaking cover. Loved the new episode. (Yay, the drought is over!) Hope the unmasked spoilers were kept to a minimum -- if not non-existent -- and fun was had by all who don't consider the ills and suffering of others "fun".

@astra Yeah, ended up at fifteen pages, including various mock-ups of various legally binding forms. I only had five pages for case analysis, but UNLIMITED room for appendices. I abused that.

@chromadancer Interesting test! I wound up with Twilight by landslide, which makes sense, all things considered. Fluttershy was tied for second, which didn't surprise me. What surprised me was that she was tied with Pinkie Pie. *blink* I can be rather random at times, but I definitely don't have that social butterfly thing going on like she does.
