@scribus Tragic! Very tragic. That's one of my favorite NES games. It's so good that I have it twice! The one with Mike Tyson and the other with Mr Dream. Only Road Fighter is slightly above that but more for nostalgic reasons than for its gameplay (because it is very flawed). I played it on a clone Famicom at my grandparent's when I was young.

@adiwan I'm hoping, because the 6 lost games are alphabetically close(ish), that they're just in a box from the last time I moved, but I don't know where the box would be. Never heard of Road Fighter.

@nerthos There are AI enemies, just no NPC humans. It's kind of a man vs. nature sort of thing in that every AI that you DO encounter is usually a wild animal (or a busted robot). There's the usual stuff, there are feral ghouls, super mutants, robots, deathclaws, mole rats, etc. etc., but then there's also some new ones. Scorched are ghouls that are in between feralism and still having some semblance of brain activity, so they don't communicate verbally but they can use guns. Mole Miners hang out in the coal mines and I THINK they're people that have gone mad? I'm not sure, the game's really ambiguous about what they actually are, and you can't see what's underneath their masks. Scorched Beasts are, uh, really buff dragons. The closest thing I've seen to an actual NPC is a supercomputer who reads poetry to you, and I want to put her AI into a synth body and marry her.

After years of running this place, I thought I’d seen every way a Linux machine could collapse, but once again, my work has shown me another level of “how did this even happen”. I have a machine at work which is suddenly incapable of any function involving cryptography, including but not limited to: allowing SSH access and serving pages over HTTPS

@scribus Yes you have stores like that. When it comes to big furniture (couches) you'll have to wait for that because it has to be manufactured on demand. That can take from 6 to 12 weeks.

@ceruleanspark It depends on the store. Some have a little bit of stock (or the stuff on the show floor). But mostly it is made on demand.

@ceruleanspark TBS is indeed the network it was on. It was supposed to be part of an original animated block with a Louis C.K. show and J.G. Quintel’s new show. Louis C.K.’s show was cancelled for obvious reasons, Quintel’s is the Half-Life 3 of animated television and no news on it has been released in a while, so Final Space just ended up being part of their usual lineup with the other remaining animated show on the block.
