@northernnarwhal MOST Flat Earthers are extreme evangelical Christians and I think they see a heliocentrist worldview as anti-Christian, since the Bible does have some clues towards Flat Earth (but I mean, it was written before ANYONE knew what heliocentrism is). As well, the first people to say the sun was at the center of the solar system criticized and went directly against the church. I have no idea if B.o.B fit's the mold though, or if he'll just believe anything.

@northernnarwhal Maybe another decade or two, when the generation that watches it dies down. Most of the people who stick to TV are well into their 40s or more.

@northernnarwhal I'm actually a defender of local tv channels. People work really hard on those, unlike other company run channels, and most of the people who watch them don't use computers too much.

@northernnarwhal i pretty much do/did rs solo. I completely ignored people as a resource and just made my own armour and everything myself. That said I totally know what your talking about.

@northernnarwhal Also for the record, Lucas thinks that the reason people didn't like the first cut is because the special effects weren't good enough.

@northernnarwhal It's really hard to get the actual details of the movie's production outside of "it was troubled" straight because George Lucas has said a different thing every single time he was asked about it. There are a million different stories but one thing that seems to stay consistent is that the first cut only contained about 30-40% of what's actually in the movie today. Steven Spielberg is reportedly the only person in the test audience who liked that first cut.
