  1. @somercet "People are too poorly educated so let's lower the standards teachers have to stand up to to work, this will surely solve everything"

  2. @delores Hitting a rat with a sword with no training is HARD. More so if you're covered in heavy armor no one taught you to move in.

  3. @hector Alternatively you can stealthily download CP to your toaster

  4. @delores Eventually you'll be wearing daedric armor and a dragon bone cuirass as well as Nerevar's flaming sword and no one will be able to scratch you, but the beginning is hard. It's something I like about the game, you start as a civilian, with the same combat abilities as one, and have to work on becoming a legendary hero.

  5. @moonman Yeah, that was funny. They located them through power lines and a few buildings on the background. ISIS is not a particularly smart organization.

  6. @takeappleakenji The only thing I think is a bit overkill is 512MB for controlling a toaster.

  10. @delores I think you can get one either from the trader in the first town or at the mine near the silt strider.

  12. @delores Magic weapon, or silver/daedric. Any crappy magic weapon will work. At the very beginning spells might be better.

  15. @why Imagine if you hadn't played anything from before xbox360

  16. @why I was talking in general. You're really used to old games which makes it easier for you than for a new player. I played it after playing oblivion and still enjoyed it. Plus you're full autism when it comes to vidya.

  17. @delores @cyberpotato As potato pointed out, it's a mid point. It still has stats, actual level progression that you have to be careful with and plan ahead if you want a powerful character, and a lot of options, though not as many as previous games; but it also has user-friendly combat, map quest markers and a bunch more stuff to make it more approachable by somewhat casual players. It's something you can pick up and get the hang of even if you haven't played any proper RPGs. Morrowind you're mostly on your own in the world and the combat mechanics are bad, even if creative.

  18. @hfaust The battles in Berserk are just really complex interpretative dance events.

  19. @hfaust They both have an important pretty male support character that wants the lead inside them

  20. @delores There's no secret really, you do or you don't. it's also really hard to enjoy it if you haven't played it when it wasn't relatively new.

  28. @delores How did you manage to get a big cut on your finger

Monday, 13-Mar-17 00:11:07 UTC from web in context
  29. @delores Well if it's bad enough to need stitches then what I suggested is useless. For small cuts I tend to clean the wound and put a bit of loctite on top to make a hard layer that'll keep stuff from being annoying and dirt off the wound.

  30. @delores Put loctite on the wound.
