But I also think that "The Devil's Hands are Idle Playthings" was the best ending hands-down no-contest and anyone who thinks otherwise has negative a million concept of storytelling. Yup. :p

Maybe it's just because I am absolutely not going to sign up for every idiot corporation's streaming service, no matter the stunt programming they attempt

@zeldatra I really just . . . kind of don't care? And I'm not sure why, or how I feel about how I feel.
-
If I were famous, I'd try to get the casual karate gi to catch on as fashion
-
OK what kind of jerk wears flip-flops to the library, and why did it have to be me? ;_;
-
Now to spend a couple of hours wondering why that isn't enough to fix my chart lol

I've had an apostrophe! I was forgetting to calculate a comparison between the 2nd and 3rd cards drawn, etc etc

Well now I'm just confused and over it lol

@rainbowdashy Angry. Very angry. Also, sad. Frustrated. Bored. Confused. Trying to do probabilities and stupid math crap. Angry.
-
@rainbowdashy Aloha
-
@adiwan Man, does dumb luck get stupid sometimes, though... lol
-
@adiwan Oh joy. Who's your character? Hopefully not the tank.... That sounds like it'd make for a rough campaign.

"melancholy nostalgia" is my new band name

Will my ADHD allow me to achieve such lofty goals?? https://itch.io/jam/one-page-rpg-jam-2023 Time will tell!!!

...I wonder how much of this is subconscious; like, maybe at this point I've put in so much effort that when I do find out how to do it, it'll be "too easy". . . .

@adiwan Like, I can get that over the scope of a 3D or even 2D "world" that the *absolute* position of a player character's sword swing is much less relevant than the (...well...) /relative/ position of the sword to the character. God, I wish it could just snap, or use guidelines, or snap to guidelines, or *any* kind of precision that's been available in draw programs since at least 1995. Ugh :shiver: I can't abide loosey-goosey, nosiree, not in this context at least. :p
-
@adiwan Then why can every other godrotten POS application handle it just fine??
-
@zeldatra My latest effort ended when I noticed that I can rotate/move a group, and then get (x,y) and angle data from the pieces, and then I can go apply it to the other pieces that I want to be moved the same and IT WILL BE DIFFERENT RESULTS FROM THE SAME NUMBERS which we all know I love and never want to injure individuals over :) /s #fml
-
An octagon has a center, height, width. Known quantity of sides and vertices. I wouldn't even cry if they wanted me to provide all eight of the (x,y) coordinates!! A circle is a simple enough formula of (x,y,z) where (x,y) == center and z == radius or diameter as long as its standard. I can say by how much to move things in a for loop for 360 frames with a 1 degree change per frame. But why is there no Fluffle Puffing software that can do this TI-BASIC level processing?

Am I actually the madman here? Are the words I use making zero sense??

@zeldatra I'm probably beating my head on the wall for nothing, but I cannot understand how Moho can't just let me have a shape object, let that shape have location and size and color info and all, and then let me change its location and angle and whatnot at any given frame.
-
OK well Moho keeps basic, fundamental necessities like "manipulating bezier handles" behind their $400 edition so I think they can mango themselves just on principle alone
-
Maybe if I live to 80 I can eventually get this solved

Anyway, got an ADHD diagnosis about a year back, then last week I got a "maybe bipolar" suggestion, so hooray for yet another pill that may or may not actually change a damn thing

@zeldatra More than my unshakeable unwanted intrusive thoughts, though?
-
Anybody online who might maybe be able to talk me down from self-inflicted head trauma, please?
-
@adiwan Gene Simmons has famously said that the very smell of alcohol has always turned his stomach, some people taste cilantro as soap... Literally different tastes for different people
-
Well it looks like my mead is turning out to be a success, and even my mad science "cherry Coke wine" might be working out
-
I think a big part of it is in bad practices in Corel and/or Inkscape with my SVG vectors
-
@scribus Oh I thought the b-word was on the froot-filter, too
