I'm helping a buddy of mine write a paper for his college and he has to write about Lobbying Groups. I already helped outline their influence on government (iron triangles etc.), and the pros and cons. Any input?

are the pro and cons only theoretical? any #practical things like how much interaction, visits from, to lobbies take place? If such data available at all, that is. How about historical data, e.g. lobbying groups in the past and now

@mrmattimation Im not sure if it's typically regarded as offensive, but I just think the .MOV series is boring. That style of humour is almost always boring to me at least, especially because I already watched Ren and Stimpy roughly 20 years ago

@mrmattimation not nearly as bad as Rainbow Factory or Cupcakes. Cupcakes was a trollfic but Rainbow Factory was a sincere combination of offensive material and shameless ripoff of classic scifi. So I guess there are things worse than .MOV
