@bakarainbowdash you can memorize stuff by making pictures of it (about what's happening in the poem). You can also memorize keywords beside the pictures.

@bakarainbowdash Back to soup... You can pretty much add anything to canned soup, especially if you are trying to start to learn how to cook. If you did not make it terrible you did a good job. Paprica or Carrots are simple things to try to add, just slice and dice and add... Though you could decide to throw them in a wokpan to give them a crunchy bite beforehand
