@cabal Cable reads my fanfictions, of course.

@cabal heh. I wondered whether you deleted some of your activity maybe but don't know why you would.
-
@cabal Indeed. Welcome to my daily life! xD

@cabal So, I guess there's no way we can make you believe that we're a fine little community who never fights for no reason and is always respectful to each other?
-
@cabal Nice to see you passing by here again. Merry Christmas!

@cabal ARE. YOU. READY. MISTER. CABLE.
-
@cabal CABLE, ARE YOU GOING TO TAKE THAT?
-
@cabal Once I get my license, I will try. All the ones i've applied for so far have fallen out.
-
@cabal Huh. That'd be... pretty much the same time I started following it. Maybe after, if anything (started following in '06, and given we're about a year apart, that'd mean you were either 16 or 17 then, slap-bang in the middle of that time period). Now I'm just confused.
-
@cabal Huh. I've been following the project on and off for quite a while now, and I don't recall the dependencies ever not being catalogued in full, but depending on how old you are (I won't ask if you don't want to say~) that probably doesn't date back as far as you're talking about. That... euch, that would've been unpleasant, but fortunately it certainly isn't a problem with current (B)LfS revisions. :)
-
@cabal That's not to say LfS *isn't* tedious, because hooo boy it is. But having to crawl about the internet for dependencies is not a part of that, because you don't.
-
@cabal Horsefeathers. The dependencies are linked, with the specific versions, and even archive links where packages were deprecated and removed from their original source, in the book itself. So unless you intentionally skipped over several sections (in which case, why?), you shouldn't have had to search for dependencies at all.
