Watching "Murder She Wrote" on nan's TV atm. So odd hearing Mrs Potts' voice (Angela Lansbury) coming out of a murder investigator XD
-
@leonkfox I always maintained that Jessica Fletcher was actually the world's most intelligent and prolific serial killer, she did in all those people and arranged it so a different person took the blame each and every time.

@colfax IT ALL MAKES SENSE NOW.

@thelastgherkin @leonkfox No one ever suspects the sweet little old lday.
-
@colfax I dunno, it just seems a bit ludicrious she would kill all those people ,not because she's a sweet little old lady, but because...well, how would she have a motive to kill so many people? She really does seem like a writer turned investigator to me.
-
@leonkfox For some serial killers "because I can" or because you can't catch me" are valid enough reasons.
-
@colfax I dunno, I just can't see her doing it, it seems like an interesting idea for a fanfic but I don't see her intelligence as a viable reason to suspect her.
-
@leonkfox If you do a bit of research you'll find that quite a few serial killers did it just to prove how intelligent they were, that they could get away with it because they were so much smarter than everyone else.
-
@colfax I suppose so, but still, I can't find it in me to suspect this particular character.
-
@leonkfox You should watch the 1982 stage production of Sweeney Todd where she plays Mrs. Lovett
-
@colfax Her "A Little Priest" is best "A Little Priest".

@thelastgherkin Yes... yes it is.

-
@colfax Is there a recording of it somewhere ,in full? I've been meaning to see some other roles of Angela Lansbury besides Mrs Potts and Jessica (the character I mostly associate her with, remember being surprised it was the same actress when I first discovered Murder She Wrote.
-
@leonkfox Give me a few minutes to get my external hard drive sorted out and I can upload the movie... not that I condone priacy or anything. ;)
-
@colfax I downloaded the entirety of FiM Season 1 in HD, I can't say apples about piracy XD
-
@colfax Innit on youtube? I just watched seven minutes of it.

@thelastgherkin No idea if it is, I've had it on my HD for a couple years now.

@colfax With that said, I do believe I shall watch "The Poughkeepsie Tapes" again.

@scribus Yeah... I'll pass on that if you don't mind.

@thatonepony Don't you mean "if"? :( (I will buy the whole lot if it sees a blu ray box set release though)
