  1. Question for the !Midlandsbronies meet up, will you guys be meeting up near either a train or coach station? (Would load up the group's page and see if it's mentioned there, but Mustard is being a parasprite right now)

    6. @rotation I know it had 5 platforms in 1903, with 3 more added just before the war... Not currently though. @ceruleanspark Scootalooewwwww.wav

      1. @mush Hey tharrr! Don't believe we've chatted before... Cool to see you're coming to the !midlandsbronies do! Hows things?

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 12:24:48 UTC from web
        1. @pawnheart Hello! actually, I imagine most of you have never seen me before, so heres some info. Lives in Macclesfield, went to King's, likes trains, ponies, posts on Ponychan /oat/ and is a keen programmer.

          1. @mush Ah cool! I was born in Leicester, went to Glasgow Uni, failed at a number of things, came back down here temporarily and... I like to wear my dressing gown as much as possible.

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 12:36:05 UTC from web
    7. @rotation Awesome ^^ Thanks for that.

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 12:26:38 UTC from MuSTArDroid
    8. @rotation I'm sort of guessing the same. It's right in front of the turnstyles to get in/out of the platform area though, so are the staff gonna let you hang around there?

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 12:30:06 UTC from web
      1. @ceruleanspark Well, I was hanging round there for a while the other week, and I didn't have a problem, but then again, I didn't have a funky banner. don't see why it should be a problem, though...

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 12:32:06 UTC from web
    9. @rotation If you stand there, folks not coming from the station (i.e. me) won't be able to get through the ticket gates to you.

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 12:31:24 UTC from web
      1. @thelastgherkin I presumed @rotation meant the big board before the security gates. Next to the coffee shop... didn't you?

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 12:33:26 UTC from web
    10. @rotation @thelastgherkin What about immediately in front of the shopping center/burger king there? It's in a straight line from the turnstyles, so we shouldn't be able to miss you.

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 12:33:30 UTC from web
      1. @ceruleanspark @pawnheart man I am so confused, I don't even TELL YOU WHAT @rotation MARCH UP AND DOWN THE MAIN CONCOURSE

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 12:35:57 UTC from web
        1. @thelastgherkin I'll bring a megaphone. When you hear someone being escorted off the platform by the police whilst raving about sensual giraffes, you'll know where we are.

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 12:36:35 UTC from web
          1. @ceruleanspark I think you just redefined "indecent exposure". (Very sexily.)

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 12:37:27 UTC from web
    11. @rotation Do you mind if I can chat over facebook or something, I don't understand whats happening...

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 12:36:14 UTC from web
    12. @rotation I have hardly any local knowledge. I'm dozens of miles away from Birmingham. But I reckon you should just hand around outside Burger King/Millie's Cookies. It's the centre of the facility, so we'd pass you whatever direction we come from.

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 12:45:29 UTC from web
      1. @thelastgherkin Thats the bit I was referring to.

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 12:46:51 UTC from web
        1. @pawnheart Man I don't even know. I'm not convinced I've ever actually been to New Street. I'm usually at Snow Hill or Moor Street.

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 12:49:03 UTC from web
          1. @thelastgherkin Well, I know exactly where you mean! We'll sort it... its not like the main concourse is that big (...is it?). We has banner. I has oversized, wrong shade AJ shirt. We'll be dandy!

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 12:52:43 UTC from web
            1. @pawnheart And I'm pretty funny-looking, so I'm sure people will be looking at me anyway.

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 13:02:25 UTC from web
    13. @rotation Yes, precisely.

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 15:07:51 UTC from web
    14. @rotation Crack 1: what if Wetherspoons is overrun by football fans attempting to watch the match at 3pm?

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 15:14:11 UTC from web
    15. @rotation Neat. I'd try to help, but I don't really know of many venues in Brummijam.

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 15:19:16 UTC from web
    16. @rotation I love how nopony in the Midlands knows a good place to eat in the second biggest city in the country.

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 15:35:58 UTC from web
    17. @rotation Well, my Dad came from there, and I live very close, and I know next to bugger all about it, myself. There's a BT tower there. And a shopping centre. And Black Sabbath came from there... er... I'm out.

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 15:41:07 UTC from web
      1. @pawnheart Hey, my dad came from Newcastle, but if you set me loose there I'd be like a fish out of water, aka hopelessly lost XD

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 15:45:02 UTC from StatusNet Desktop
        1. @leonkfox Just need to contact me ^^ I live a small train or bus journey from it.

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 15:45:39 UTC from web
          1. @mrdragon I'll keep that in mind :P

Sunday, 11-Sep-11 15:52:19 UTC from StatusNet Desktop
        2. @leonkfox Well, thinking about it, I don't know if I would have any particular urge to bring my theoretical offspring to Leicester. Funnily enough, thats what the mayor said as well.
