@metal Pick Karate then, it's more intense on the body but has better results, MMA boxing is more of a get bigger punch harder thing alone, no discipline at all

@metal 188 6ft for me, my family is wierd in that way, it doesn't change, we can spend a month beefing up and get completely buffed, we'd be back to the defaut stats in less than a week, so we focus on skill
