  1. Good news everypony, I now only have 2 episodes from season 1 that I haven't watched yet, Suited for Success and Owl's Well that Ends Well. I became a brony after episode 2 in season 2 so I had some catching up to do. Well I'm almost caught up. yay

    1. @thunderchaser Hope you enjoy those last 2 eps! I'm going through the series with my wife right now. It's her first time.

      1. @pony Wait... was it you who was talking about what episodes were best for bringing in non-bronies?

        1. @chiefanchor @machoman hehe! yep that was me. My wife is still not really a fan, but she's warmed up to the series for my sake at least. I'm a lucky stallion.

          1. @pony I thought so - glad she's warming up to it! Gotten to Season 2 yet?

            1. @chiefanchor We've only watched 1 or 2 eps from season 2. I kept showing her my favorite and brony-recommended episodes until she finally just told me she'd rather see it chronologically.

          2. @pony Very; can't say I'm not a little jelly

    2. @machoman I'm hoping she'll come to enjoy it at least half as much as I do. As it is, she's admitted to liking several parts of episodes, but she's less in touch with her inner foal than most of us it seems.

      1. @pony It's not terribly hard for me, considering the late 80s and 90s were when I was growing up, and the shows I grew up on started hitting DVD en masse when I hit active duty.

        1. @chiefanchor Referring to being in touch with my "inner foal" - heh, that makes me go :3

          1. @chiefanchor Nifty; I also consider myself one of the young at heart, and I've always had an appreciation for animation, particularly the good stuff ^^

            1. @tenmihara Classic X-Men (almost anything Marvel from that time period), Transformers (until Beast Machines), He-Man, Thundercats, SilverHawks, Voltron and similar, etc.

              3. @chiefanchor I need to go back and rewatch the 90's Batman and X-Men cartoons (apparently they're awesome). Also, Beast Wars and Reboot are the bananas!

                1. @tenmihara I recently rewatched the 90s X-Men series.. had to get it on disc through Netflix since they don't stream it :P It was worth it. Also, I love the renegade Matrix from Reboot!

          2. @chiefanchor Same is true for me. I was born in '82 and always wanted to watch MLP as a kid. It worried my mother so I didn't get to unfortunately, except for a couple episodes.. I did get to watch The Last Unicorn though. I loved that movie and eventually got my own copy as an adult (including the original story by Peter S. Beagle).
