  1. I was just in an argument with someone trying to say that $1-5 bills should be replaced with coins, and pennies/nickels be abolished. Their only argument was that Japan does it. I left when I got called an old lady for disagreeing.

    1. @redenchilada I agree, the lower value of pennies are too inconvenient to enven matter and the production costs are astronomical

    2. @redenchilada I dunno about the fives, but using $1 coins instead of $1 bills would save quite a lot of money. The coins last a really long time whereas the bills need to replaced every seven years. I can agree with ditching pennies, but we should keep nickels.
