      1. @bronyzackwrath1234 They normally have a box for your race too, so they can judge you based on that.

          1. @bronyzackwrath1234 I always try to avoid filling them out if I can, but it's increasingly hard when almost every job application wants to know this stuff. What business of theirs who I go home too anyway?

            1. @ceruleanspark Think of it this way: Employing someone who's homosexual in a place full of homophobic people can lead to discrimination sues and stress to both parts, as an example.

              1. @nerthos but its still illegal to discriminate based on sexual prefrence. they would have to find a different reason to fire them.

                1. @polocatfan In a workplace controlled by the state, it's ok to apply regulation laws. In a private enterprise, the owner has the right to decide.

                      1. @nerthos they should not be able to discriminate based on gender, sexual preference, race, religion, and some other stuff I don't remember

                        1. @polocatfan One person's rights ends where it collides with another person's rights. Everyone is entitled to decide to who to give their money, with the reasons they like. If I own a factory, and don't want to employ someone because he likes john lennon, I'm in full right to employ someone else in his place.

                        2. @polocatfan Well discriminating based on RELIGION could get through on a technicality that their beliefs are offensive, simply put; Islam teaches homosexuality is outright sin and should be punished by death (throwing gays from mountains to be precise) so refusing to employ a muslim on the ground that they are homophobic.... Isn't without some sense

                                                  2. @purplephish20 I don't think they have bananas. Back to the original point, those laws are there for the same reason the poligamy is allowed: To mantain a strong and big society. Men marry and protect many women, to have multiple children, since men die in wars and due to the harsh conditions of work, and women aren't allowed to leave alone the house so they cannot be stolen. In modern times, these things are seen as evil and drastic, but some hundred of years ago, those laws kept the society strong in times of war. And war was common for muslims, as it is today, since their lands are always involved in one or other conflict.

Therefore i could tell you were white/british. But obviously your second name confused me, are you mixed race that ended up with predominantly white genes? Or was there a name change? If you don't mind the question
