      @rnbwdashiswin *hugs* thoughts and moods do that, they sneak up on us in the dark, quiet hours when we can't deal with them. Eventually exhaustion beats them but its not a pleasant fight :( but we're here if there's anything you want to talk about or just want a shoulder or an ear
