@minti Wait - Canadians don't have a president?
-
@minti No! I know the President of the USA's name but not the Prime Minister of Canada's name too!
-
@scribusstatham No, we have a Prime Minister, which is basically our president. xD
-
@thelastgherkin Problem is, I'm kind of in Canada.
-
@minti Well, gee, no wonder you never get anything presidential done up there!
-
@minti Slightly, yes. Although he is a bit of a moron so don't feel too bad.
-
@minti Oh. Ohhhhh.
-
@minti We got a cancellor and a president and nopony cares about the president if he doesn't ess things up epically.
-
@hakupony "Cancellor" is best political position.
Bit Shift likes this. -
@scribusstatham lolol.
-
@scribusstatham Yes, it is the position that is killing /b/ >< Me and my typos...
-
@hakupony :p But seriously, an office dedicated to cancelling . . . things, I guess? heheh Anyway, that'd be cool!
-
@minti And now I know why my entire Replies page has that funny blue shade to it under !MintRefresh! #derp
-
@scribusstatham ... Heh. xD
-
@scribusstatham I know three of them in the German system. The "Bundesrat" which represents the German federal lands can cancel some laws, the president can use a veto to delay things and the constitutional court can cancel everything.
-
@minti Nothing escapes me forever! Long time, sure, but forever?
