               @pony Do you hug your plushies while you're in bed? I find that helps me tremendously with calming down. I'm physically incapable of not being happy when in contact with them. It's like they hit some kind of reset button, wiping away all the stress and depression and anger that have built up over the day and giving me a clean slate for tomorrow.

                  @toksyuryel you're so right. Part of the problem is that I haven't made a concerted effort I think. If I had I would have clung to my Fluttershy plush. I'll try again in an hour or so. :)
