  1. Hello everyone! I'm new to the area, but was thinking of going to the MLP:CCG Pre-release event in DC, and was wondering if others in the group were going. Also, does anyone still use this site? haha. I would think perhaps a subreddit or facebook group would be better.

    2. @applecore people still use the hell out of this website, as for members of that group though? I have no clue.

      1. @rarity I hadn't realized the post would send out sitewide. haha. Sorry for it sounding so generalized. I was asking for the specific group if folks were still active there, since the posts are awful sparse. Thank you for your answer, though. =)

        1. @applecore if you want to send a message only to the group you are posting in, I believe you can click the thing that says "private?" next to "send". that way, only people who are in the group will see it. OF course I may be wrong, that whole system is new

        2. @applecore yeah the site is designed to encourage more social interaction that way.

        3. And don't worry about outsiders responding to !groupname tagged posts. that's generally accepted, and nopony is ever bothered seeing group posts on the public timeline.

      1. @critialcloudkicker Haha, I had meant that question specifically for the group, since they haven't been all that chatty. :P And most places on the internet are evil, but we gotta take the good with the bad, and just keep cautious. haha.

    4. @applecore It's good to cover all your bases. RDN meetup groups have very good exposure on Google after all, but other groups might be more active. Welcome to the site and I hope you find some local bronies. I'm looking forward to playing the CCG myself
