@pawnheart @toksyuryel its just the idea of being open minded, instead of having people dive on the bandwagon that she is, AND as opposed to the people who hate the idea, they need to exept that it's not a bad thing if she was, the people who want to keep her "straight" in my eyes are just plain homophobic from what i've seen

@purplephish20 The odd thing is, though, a lot of folk who are well in for the lesbian Dash idea are the same folk who downrate m/m stories on EqD. I just see it as a largely irrelevant issue. There isn't even any proof she has the requisite equipment for any sexual relationship at all.

@purplephish20 I still think she'd be an offensive stereotype if she were. My impression of the character is more "it's ok to be this person no matter who or what you are" or "there is nothing inherently lesbian about being this person". One's personality and fashion ought have nothing at all to do with one's sexual preference.

@thunderboltpony As much as I find the idea of discussing the sexuality of a children's cartoon character bizarre... how do we know she's straight either? The show makes a point of avoiding the topic, because it's not child-suitable, so there's really no proof either way, and there probably never will be - again, it is _A KIDS SHOW_.
