@mushi wikipedia is worst source
-
@mushi Gamecube had a lot of great non RPGs though, although nothing compares to the PS2's massive library.
-
@therainbowdashx for qhat i'm seeing there are not may of them at all. it seems all the RPG producer prefered PS2. great thing that was the on ei had. But whatever. Any gamecube thing is rare and expensive in here
-
@northernnarwhal nothing compares to pc gaming
-
@therainbowdashx It isn't actually that bad, and plus a good page will have links to it's own sources if you're paranoid about that kind of thing.
-
@therainbowdashx Console gaming does
-
@northernnarwhal wikipedia isnt recomended for school work though...since anyone can change it.
-
@therainbowdashx Unless you're in University, Wikipedia is fine
-
@northernnarwhal but...do you see dem fps...or dem graphics...or dat game variety/library er whatever
-
@northernnarwhal i can look at any page cantaining ps2 games and find soem dozens of them i want to play. but i got the game cube one or 2 years ago, and so far i've only played ToS and yu-gi-oh falsebound kingdom
-
@scoot welp, my teacher usually gives us a zero for using wiki
-
@mushi gamecube is for mario sunshine, smash bros melee and wind waker
-
@therainbowdashx Your teacher is insane. I had no trouble using Wikipedia for my school work.
-
@scoot and SA2 and Gems Collection if you don't have HD consoles, and DK Jungle Beat and Donkey Konga :c
-
@scoot it seems i'm doing it wrong. That beaten kaitos interested me, but i'm not paying R$250 for a game
-
@mushi As a fan of psychological horror games that don't rely on crappy jumpscares, I can testify that Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem for the Gamecube is still one of the best in the genre.
-
@redenchilada I almost mentioned SA2 but its got the PC release so no reason to play it on there. I suppose it's an easy way to play Sonic the Fighters?
-
@scoot Paper mario
-
@nerthos I still havent got a copy of that. I have looked.
-
@northernnarwhal i actually have eternal darkness xD. but i've never played because survivors game are way too slow
-
@nerthos Oh my god Thousand Year Door is one of my favourite games ever
-
@mushi I actually really liked the pacing in it. It's all about immersion, so once you get into it it's hard to get out.
-
@northernnarwhal well, i played for like 5 mins, then i got into a room where i had to spin a thing and got bored
-
@northernnarwhal Actually I haven't played that one, but I played the other two and I'm a big fan of them
-
@scoot I don't know if my brother even downloaded a rom of it.
-
@nerthos Thousand Year Door > First One > Super Paper Mario in my opinion, but they're all great. You should definitely look out for it if you haven't played it, it's basically like the first one but bigger and better.
-
@northernnarwhal Super Paper Mario is super funny and entertaining to play.
-
@mushi Well, if you're ever able to give it another chance I'd recommend it. It gets really great as you progress.
-
@scoot I'm pretty sure all three are top tier
-
@scoot i've only played some of the wii one. I played untill we got bowser in our party
-
@northernnarwhal I'll have to get it no-life it
-
@scoot Oh, definitely. I loved when you used a fish bowl to float around in space. I didn't mean it was bad in any way either, I just like the first 2 a little more due to personal bias.
-
@northernnarwhal i might. i should also go back to yu-gi-oh falsebound kingdom. i was liking the game a lot, but it is also annoying slow paced
-
@mushi Can't get worse pacing that Baroque for the Wii
-
@nerthos One thing I love about it (and the entire series in general) is just how damn creative the level design is. You go from being a pro boxer in a floating sky island to a world that parodies For Whom the Bell Tolls to an Orient Express esque mystery adventure to so much more. None of the levels feel like filler and are all very memorable in their own way.
-
@mushi I haven't played that before, although I do remember having some japanese yugioh game on my gameboy and I was really good at it.
-
@nerthos that i cant say, but look at how the monsters dont seem to be in hurry for anything https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1pTabplbj98
-
@northernnarwhal My favourites are probably the desert levels and rge cooking ine from 1
-
@nerthos *the *one
-
@northernnarwhal yu-gi-oh falsebound kingdom has absolutelly nothing to do with other yu-gi-oh games. it is more an RTS thing . it was the game i wanted to play the most back then, but game cubes were never a thing over here (see the trailer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5SV-a7_7yQU and the gameplay https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1pTabplbj98)
-
@mushi This looks pretty cool actually, the game I had is just a simulator of the card game
-
@northernnarwhal Falsebound kingdom is a lot better than that, but it takes a hell of patience to play
-
@mushi They be chillin'
-
@nerthos I love the toy box and tubba blubba levels in the first one.
-
@northernnarwhal I used to play a PS1 game like that back when Yu Gi Oh was a big thing here
-
@mushi I still own my gamecube, so if I ever see it I'll pick it up.
-
@northernnarwhal I remember just getting a lucky guess in a 4 thing combination in that level
-
@northernnarwhal play it, it will be the best yu-gi-oh game you will find
-
@nerthos I should look for my old cards, they're probably worth a bunch now.
-
@northernnarwhal Snails murdered mine.
-
@nerthos pretty much that
-
