              2. @metaltao I wish I had energy now. I'm too dependent on Monster though so I have to cut back.

                1. @pony Monster gives heart attacks. A nice sprig of coffee or tea should perk you up. :3

                  1. @derphoove I don't coffee or tea. I shouldn't energy drink, frankly, but it's kept work bearable.

                      2. @derphoove 0 Calories.. Kilo calories Like in BIG C calories or little C calories..... On boxes, they use "Calories" instead of "calories" There are 1000 calories in one Calorie.

Wednesday, 09-Jul-14 07:38:19 UTC from web
                        1. @metaltao I know what your talking about. They use that system to make it simple for common day people. You wouldn't want to stare at something for two hours wondering if it will be safe to eat because its 10000 calories. Keeping it for citizens, not scientists!

Wednesday, 09-Jul-14 07:42:13 UTC from web
                          1. @derphoove SO it could have 999 calories but still not be a Calorie... Right?

Wednesday, 09-Jul-14 07:44:04 UTC from web
                            1. @metaltao It would be about 0.9 Calories

Wednesday, 09-Jul-14 07:45:05 UTC from web
                              1. @derphoove .... I guess it TECHNICALLY is not a full Calorie... They are aloud to round down numbers...

Wednesday, 09-Jul-14 07:47:27 UTC from web
                                1. @metaltao Ye... Calories are just for food scientists so they can put down the numbers easier, then divide by ten to sell it. Quite a good technique if you ask me.

      2. @metaltao I guess I can more easily switch between Chrome and the desktop now, but I can't layer it with other non-app programs

    2. @pony If you're on a tablet, it's better because it responds to the gestural commands from the OS. Also the scrolling and zooming are worlds better.

      1. @cinnamonswirl I use Mercury for my iPod and phone. It has alot of gestures. Looks neat, too

      2. @cinnamonswirl I suspected there might be some performance improvement. I remember you or somepony saying that Windows 8 is streamlined or something. Do you think Windows 8 mode would hog less memory?
