    The father of a friend of mine bought an ebook reader off ebay. The seller included a CD full of pirated books but that wasn't described in the auction. One of the books on the CD was a recently released book that the father wrote.

            @critialcloudkicker The most interesting part is that it was a ready-to-print quality PDF (not scanned) apparently leaked from the publisher.

                @twilisparkle45 I guess that someone in the publisher's offices got hands on this and released it to the Internet.
