      @matthew Maybe, but as a statement on its own, "Genetically modified" doesn't actually have good or bad connotations.

      @matthew Man, just about every food is genetically modified. Which is why I think people who try to like wage war on GMO food are dumb.

      @matthew @matthew Yup. The main and most prominent strain is own by the Chemical Company Monsanto. Which, has tons of legal loop holes that allow them to effectively bankrupt farmers by accusing them of stealing their seeds and then asking for a compromise which involves dropping the charges in exchange for the and they own.
