@metaltao Graveyard midnight security shift... Most of the people are out getting booze, and wont come back for at least an hour. I am going to get relieved in a little bit over half an hour, I will crash in my bed first thing after being relieved... Just sitting here basking in the moonlight getting moon-tanned typing away at a laptop on RDN. Keeping my ears open, once in a while do a little walkaround... Might even do a little prank every once in a while, like on halloween night I put https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DEC8nqT6Rrk on the PA system.

@northernnarwhal It's probably really good. But I have not heard that album. Main problem of my music collection, I got a lo of good stuff, but none of it is really sorted out. Creating blind spots. Also that song is pretty much the only thing categorized under "jazz" that I have in my music collection

@critialcloudkicker You can, sort of... It will take a LOF ot moon light. And, you will get much less UV rays since the sun light has to go to a moon, a small object, and then be have by refraction and sent to you through the atmosphere where some of it may be lost.

@metaltao Sun light is refracted through the moon, it's reflected off of it. If it was refracted it would go through the moon and change speed.

@metaltao Yes, there are 3 types of reflection
Specular: Light is directly reflected at an opposite angle off a smooth surface
Diffused: Light is scattered in all directions off a rough surface
Spread: Combination of the previous two
Refraction is none if these, and is just light changing the direction from the light entering a different medium and having its speed changed. Refraction is different from reflection. The moon mainly uses specular reflection to send light to Earth.Saturday, 08-Nov-14 00:56:24 UTC from web-
