                  @mastertdi The instrumentation is pretty skeletal too, which sort of reflects the simple but fractured nature of the lyrics really well.

                      @mastertdi It wasn't this song, but when we were studying poetry in English last year I did a long report that critically deconstructed the song "Epitaph" by King Crimson.

                            @northernnarwhal At the time I thought it was, but I'm pretty sure since then I've come across statements about the real origin (and that wasn't it), but I can't recall what that was.... Anyway, yeah, at the time I was pretty reasonably convinced.

                                  @scribus Reminds me of how "The Wizard of Oz" syncs up with "Dark Side of the Moon", or to a less extent how "Deloused in the Comatorium" matches up with "The Matrix".
