              3. @tiffany See, the highways in downtown Texas cities are basically like mazes filled with trap doors that make you pay money.

                  1. @tiffany Northern Virginia's like that. Highways are incredibly streamlined and you can get from here to DC or Balitmore or Philly with just a few hours of driving on the same road.

                  2. @tiffany If you're not in a major metro area the highways are that. Those ones are actually pleasant to drive, especially when you hit 75mph speed limits. #

                    2. @redenchilada Huh. Thought your speed limits would be higher, not lower than here. Here we have 130km/h speed limits on highways (75mp/h=120km/h)

                      2. @nerthos A few highways near... San Antonio I think? get up to 80. Otherwise Texas apparently has higher speed limits than the rest of the country.

                        1. @redenchilada Huh. Honestly would have thought they'd have higher speed limits considering things are far away from eachother

Sunday, 08-Feb-15 01:41:43 UTC from web
                          1. @nerthos Nah, with our driving ability if our speed limits were any higher nobody would survive the highway

Sunday, 08-Feb-15 01:43:46 UTC from web
                            1. @redenchilada Fair enough. That explains GTA highway accidents.

                              1. @nerthos In the console versions of GTA IV and maybe the PC version, I'm not sure, there was this bug where you could actually slingshot cars using lag. It was very very fun.

                                1. @mrmattimation I used to spawn ramps in the middle of the street while driving really fast

Sunday, 08-Feb-15 01:49:55 UTC from web
                                  1. @nerthos We didn't have special tools like that on the 360, so we had to do what we could to get our cars flying. Using lag, exploiting glitches, just straight up hitting something really hard. I think it's most fun that way.

Sunday, 08-Feb-15 01:51:37 UTC from web
                                    1. @mrmattimation Both ways are fun. I just liked to mess with trainers a lot to compensate for how boring the game itself was.

Sunday, 08-Feb-15 01:52:17 UTC from web
                                      1. @nerthos I don't think you'll be disappointed with GTA V, it really is way more fun than IV was. The storyline is like something out of Ocean's 11, the gameplay is like SanAndreas in the GTA IV engine (except with all the ragdoll physics made way less annoying), the car physics are very smooth and Midnight Club-esque, and the addition of the first person mode in the PC and Next Gen version makes it all six times more fun.

Sunday, 08-Feb-15 01:55:03 UTC from web
                                        1. @mrmattimation As long as there's fighter jets and stupid guns like miniguns I'll have fun with it. GTA for me has to be crazy big scale cops vs criminal action. Like San Andreas.

Sunday, 08-Feb-15 01:56:18 UTC from web
                                          1. @nerthos There's literally a mission where you rob a bank armed to the teeth with miniguns and juggernaut suits.
