@mastermushi I do not remember if she ever actually got into a plugsuit in the main anime, maybe in the movies *shrug*. Either way, she definatly was in the classroom ( / homeroom ) where Shinji and Asuka were going to school. As all of them were selected to be EVA pilots after all.

@mastermushi Mari Makinami Illustrious, pilot of Provisional Evangelion Unit 04, and later, Units 02 and 08. Favours a sniping role, and is /really/ into being an Eva pilot. Constantly tsundere fighting with Asuka. I've got figures of both her Evas and her, she's my favourite.
