    Pretty sure the strongest base ATK you get in World Championship was Blue Eyes Ultimate, but there were a bunch of ways to buff guys. I once built a deck in that game around buffing and had Maha Vailo with 2 Axes of Despair and 2 Black Pendants and he ended up having 6550 ATK so that was pretty sweet.

        @tiffany It's pretty good but it takes long to work and after you attack with it they effectively get a free shot at you while you're still in ATK position with 0 ATK.

          @northernnarwhal To be fair the one time I used it I had Tea's deck on lockdown and got it up to like 15,000 ATK

            @tiffany What's really fun is in my GBA game Cyber Stein is legal so you can use his effect, summon Blue Eyes Ultimate, equip it with Megamorph, and have a 9000 ATK monster in literally one turn.

                @tiffany Actually there aren't any banned cards so you can just cherry everyone up with Cyber Jar and Morphing Jar # as well.

                  @northernnarwhal I forget what cards mine banned. The God cards could be used, I think the Envoy cards could be too, so it might have been all-inclusive

      @northernnarwhal on forbidden memories i had a deck based on buffing mystical sand. to summon her you had to summon a girl monster and a sand/stone monster, it was fun

        @senpai I found a burn deck will pretty much take care of anyone in World Championship but I liked to experiment too. I had a pretty fun Fusion deck at one point that in any actual duel would not be viable at all but totally worked in game.
