      @riley Amiibos are collectable figures that grant in-game effects and are highly sought after through Nintendo constructing a delicate system of low supply and high demand. It's essentially post WW-II tier hardcore capitalism visualized through cheap figures of video game characters. Also I've bought a bunch of them because I'm terrible.
