    3. @caret7 I dunno why its programming language matters, but as far as I know, no. Flash, TVPaint, and ToonBoom are all written in C++, ToonBoom being the program used by Family Guy, The Simpsons, and The Lion King II: Simba's Pride.

        1. @caret7 My copy of Flash is actually very heavily modified. I've got dozens of plugins and stuff installed to make things a little easier.
