I was wondering why there are so many cars in front of my home. It turned out that a WWII bomb was dug up and everyone within a 1000m radius had to be evacuated. Luckily I'm living outside of that radius.

@rarity Well... It's quite normal here. Every time there is a construction site it's a matter of time they find an old bomb.
-
@adiwan Oh, that also still happens in Germany eh ? Darn WW2. Out here in the sticks the locals have actually started to put down betting pools on the next one that is going to be found. It's surprisingly easy to tell Brittish made and German made bombs from eachother ( especially the airdropped kinds ), and it might actually have to do something with [inserts image] ... It's a good series BTW :) ( just not about WW2, or bombs ) http://rainbowdash.net/attachment/825097

@critialcloudkicker I like IT Crowd.
-
@adiwan In my opinion it's one of the better recent brittish shows :) ... And as far as TV shows with nerds as main cast goes, it puts The Big Bang Theory to shame IMHO
-
@critialcloudkicker Almost everything is better than Big Bang Theory. While IT Crowd is intentionally malicious from time to time to get a joke out Big Bang Theory does it unintentionally malicious and makes it even worse.
-
@critialcloudkicker i think the same way of it, much to my father-in-law's dissapointment.
-
@adiwan Err... you are talking about the "Oh that is so nerdy"*laughtrack* stuff ?
-
@awl ... Because your father-in-law is in IT himself ? or...
-
@critialcloudkicker The laugh track is not my problem. The problem is that the characters behave, for the lack of a better therm, not human. They don't represent the genuine excitement for their nerdiness and a healthy amount of self-restraint to the point that's just embarassing.

@critialcloudkicker oh, a fan of big bang theory.
