Tho, I still believe one of the biggest problems that caused the turmoil in the middle east (Other than World War one) was the U.S's involvement.
Well, not exactly, but it's incredibly uncalculated Political Agenda.
Like Vietnam or Korea, they kept employing those who are oppressive because they allegedly shared the same beliefs as the US did. Such as Democracy or Oil rights.
A 100% Shia Government all employed and put into power by the US then (Of course) made laws that oppressed the Sunni Minority.
And, thus, later, led to a revolution and then the same thing happened in an act of vengeance once we left. And, the whole cycle repeated itself.Monday, 16-Nov-15 04:54:15 UTC from web-
@metaltao Well, of course. That's the issue and it always was. Call the foreign power whatever you want, but when someone from outside tries to tell you what you can and can't do, and who rules you, it always ends in a revolution.

@metaltao We can't look at that now. Determining whose fault it is will solve nothing and honestly I think at this point everybody knows that the west screwed up.

@mrmattimation I don't think its about blame. I was trying to point out one of the Destabalizing factors.

@mrmattimation ISIS should be attacked and exterminated, and then the countries that caused the whole issue in the first place should give enormous reparations to rebuild and get the destroyed economies back on track, even at the cost of their own economies suffering.

@metaltao Bush and Obama destabilized that entire region. The US government has a long history of propping up Jihadis (they hailed Osama Bin Laden as a "freedom fighter" when he was killing Russians in the 1980s'). ISIS is simply the latest Frankenstein's monster unleashed by them and their allies.
The far-right dolts who blame these terrorist attacks on the refugees in general and ISIS condition and feed off of each other.Monday, 16-Nov-15 05:02:19 UTC from web
