      @tiffany The french have an entire subclass of vehicles referred to as "Voiture Sans Permis". Cars so tiny you don't even need a drivers license to use on on a road. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Renault_Twizy They call them "Quadricycles"

                      @rarity You could get them in hardtop variants. The problem was that it turned out they didn't need a removable roof to get filled with water.
