@mrmattimation astrology told me to meditate under the sun 12 hours a day for a week and it got rid of my cancer but also gave me skin cancer

@mrmattimation @tiffany banana all over other alternative medicine practise all you like, but Meditation has proven beneficial mental health effects.

@ceruleanspark I definitely wasn't trying to knock the mental benefits of it or anything, and it wasn't really my place to try and satirise it either way so apologies

@ceruleanspark I tried going Buddhism classes for a bit (and they still have me on their email list) Sadly I paid too much attention to the theology talk before the meditaion bit so I was always more ready for a theological argument than to medidate.
