@ceruleanspark Joe Stevens made a very good point that there is historical precedent for entertainment resulting in disruptive social change. The argument that "it's just a cartoon show" is nothing more than a cop out for when you don't actually have a real argument.

@ceruleanspark My argument is simply that you don't have one, and for that matter neither does anyone else, which seems me like evidence that something really is happening if no one can actually come up with a genuine argument as to why nothing is.

@ceruleanspark Did I cross the line by by stating that i'm attracted to minors? I checked, and it's not illegal to say that in the U.K. I'm asking myself why you say nothing when other ponies bring up other sexual topics but when this one gets mentioned your reaction seems somewhat extreme. Did you miss that part where I /don't/ clop or view r34 stuff?

@ceruleanspark that's the main part of the fandom that I dislike, it's become a lifestyle, and that's kind of dumb. You don't see that in most other fandoms, and if you do, it's often just a one off case
