          @bitshift I don't get what makes him so important that people need to latch onto him. Yeah, it's neat that big people watch the same show we do, but do we really need to give them so much attention based solely on that fact? He's a "special guest" at Canterlot Gardens, for pete's sake.

            @redenchilada Apparently a lot of people had already concluded "Andrew W.K. and Pinkie are pretty similar" (on no other ground than both love parties, as far as I can tell), so when Andrew W.K. discovered the show, that same portion of the fandom went a little insane.
