@snowcone The "three-strike" policy really works on social networks, being honest. I ended up getting most people on the last forum I was a moderator to behave well with that, only had to ban three people in half a year. In online games, it's not that effective, people usually go and spam you with slurs, which makes me kick them from the server, to show them I'm being serious, and when they come back I'll ban them. However, I can only ban per server on the current game I play, so I sometimes end up following the guy across 30 servers to make him behave :P

@omni @snowcone It doesn't work on all social networks, to be honest. It works on RDN because the mods are awesome people there. For instances where the mods are complete jerks, it just makes the network look bad. Thus, RDN actually does it right.
