      @mrmattimation I disagree respectfully. I think it would be way funnier if the end would read "P.S. I thank the President for not firing my ass back in June of 2017 when all of these shenanigans began and I 'accidentally' broke the last Covfefe machine."

          @scribus "Alles ken kapot in een kwartier". This notorious saying is from a Dutch demolition crew whom said "Everything can be destroyed in 15 minutes". Depending on your tools and enthusiasm of course.

          Not really sure how that would translate to ANY president, but the things I could break, destroy, oblitterate, ruin, raze, dismantle, wreck, smash, shatter, bomb, extinguish, liquidate, erase or extirpate when given 18 months is sure to be limited only to my imagination.

          But only if I have the proper tools for the job, of which I only own one; Alcohol.

          @scribus IMO impeachment would be a bad move for Dems politically. You need two thirds in the Senate, and Democrats don’t even have fifty percent. Bill Clinton (being fair, he IS our only modern example, since Nixon resigned before impeachment) only got more popular with swing voters during the impeachment proceedings, and his popularity soared after the Senate voted to acquit him—same would likely happen to Trump.

            @mrmattimation The only time when it would have been good for the Democrats to get rid of Trump would be January of 2016.

            Each month after that it would be exponentially harder for them to get rid of Trump while saving face to the party.

            But I am sure there are more than enough people who would tell you in your face that the short-goal immediate solutions outweigh the long-term ramifications.

            It are those sorts of people who did not have to endure being around R.R.Martin long enough.
