  1. I don't quite get speedrunning time standards. Most seem to start once you gain control of the player character. Some start at "press start" and clock through the intro and setup, and I saw one that was from console power on! Or, I think I did, anyway. It's all been background while I fail to search for a job while I work on NESmaker, lol

    1. @scribus Back when I was trying to learn how to speedrun GTA: SanAndreas, I learned that if you play the game at any frame rate higher than 25fps, your run is invalidated because the frame rate is linked to the physics so it’s easier to do some things (and harder to do others!) if you play at 60.

      1. @mrmattimation Everything is so very specific. I watch a lot of things I'd call a glitch pass in Glitchless categories.
