  1. So, LibreJS is telling me I should complain about Nonfree Javascript on this website. Long story short, rainbowdash.net is now whitelisted.

    1. @omni It's probably cornify or the desktop ponies.

      1. @ceruleanspark Those two, meteor.js, jquery.*.js, realtimeupdate.min.js and a few more. Long story short: LibreJS is quite clearly overreacting, but I can easily whitelist the site and who knows, maybe it'll save me one day. I don't like how it keeps urging me to complain on any non-whitelisted website, though. It's a bit... extreme.

        1. @omni I would have expected Meteor and Realtime to be free, as they're part of free projects (Meteor and statusnet itself). Unless there's something wrong with their licenses.

          1. @ceruleanspark According to the LibreJS GNU website, they are free, but the site owner will still have to add a license to those plugins. Also, GNU IceCat complains about the gnu.org website regarding third-party cookies every now and then, which is... interesting, to say the least. You would expect sites of the FSF not to do anything which would trigger warnings from their own products on them.

            1. @omni @csolisr and I agreed that # is slow as heck, but still avoid as many nonfree sites as you can.

              1. @jla LibreJS pretty much makes the web mostly useless for me, it's way too strict. It also completely breaks rdn's autorefresh thingy, of which I'm pretty sure it's not evil. Same for addons.mozilla.org. It's really quite aggravating to use. I do like the rest of Parabola GNU/Linux so far, though.

                1. @omni @jla Scratch that, I apparently fail at whitelisting.

                  1. @omni Scratch scratching that, it's still broken :(

                    1. @omni I remember whitelisting worked for me most of the time except for one site that I can't remember now.

                      1. @jla I noticed that the "allow all scripts on this page" only lasts until the next refresh. Guess that would've been good to know...

                2. @omni What does that addon/program/thing do exactly?
