    Thanks everyone. Things seem to have settled a bit now, he's not doing anything at the moment. But if he does I definitely will try and call the police, or at least the neighbours or something.

                  @mastertdi You don't even need conflict. I'd be holding a sword on his neck right now, but you're not me, so I'm not asking you to face him in single combat. You just have to make a call and wait. You just tell the cops what happened, and they take care of the rest.

                      @finnthehuman The police can't do their jobs in situations where death is needed. When thy have to put guys in jail, they work.

                    @nerthos, but should I phone the police while he's just laying around? Would it be better to do so if he starts up again? I don't mean while he's in the process of hurting someone, but you know what I mean.

                      @mastertdi No, it's better now, because he won't be dangerous. The police will come, he won't be expecting it, and as such he won't be able to hurt anyone. They'll take him to jail.
