@vt3c From what I heard, the Dutch meetups are slowly but surely being overtrodden with wannabe's, ironic hipsters and fursuiters. Although I actually met the first fursuiter through a meet ( and I found myself flabbergasted as none of the judgemental crap that has been poured down my throat turned out to be true ) I am not quite sure if that is bad. In fact for the moment I think it is awesome. Still since we are only a small country, we only get around 240 people on a big meet. I have no idea what the American status quo is

@rarity Yah, me too. I am actually burdened by what I would think about fursuiters with the knowledge I had before I actually met a couple. Right now I am still burdened by those thought but now all those "splinters" start with "maybe" or "I'd doubt" or "I'd hate to see if" rather than "I do not like"

@critialcloudkicker I think that as with a lot of things, a lot of fursuits are ugly as cherries, but the ones that are good are FREAKIN ADORABLE

@rarity Amen to that, I googled "fursuit" for I had no idea about bad ones for a moment, now I have a clear picture. Ehmm, I do not think you'll ever find me in a fursuit. But I can see myself making them once I retire or something. I'd be downtrodden ashamed if I ever made something like... THAT *points at a horrible horrible suit*
