@woona By undertaking an activity which you enjoy immediately after applying for a job you trick the more primitive parts of your brain into associating the dopamine release triggered by the enjoyable activity with the non-enjoyable job application. After sufficient training (approx 21 days of daily exposure), the system will work backwards in that applying for jobs will trip the chemical release all by itself.
