*Sigh* maybe I'm giving this too much importance then again maybe i'm not. Shouldn't a bestfriends be nice to eachother (of course joke insults can still happen) but seriously criticizing every damn thing I do and just being a jerk to me in general thats not what I call a best friend thats what I call an enemy.

@bowandlyre Even today, the relationship isn't fully mended on my end. I still feel absolutely horrible about some of the things I said about and to him. He says it's alright but... I dunno. I feel like I can never fully apologize to him.

@bowandlyre I said a lot regrettable things to him, including a death threat, and one day he pushed me too far and I snapped and jumped at him. I attacked him. I constantly relive that guilt.

@zeldatra Try not to redeem yourself for past actions, do good actions without feeling pushed to do them. Else the feeling of good vs wrong becomes like a giant I.O.U. cards writing thing.

@bowandlyre I think you should be open and quick about it, like ripping off a band-aid. Just ask this person why he is doubting you so much. If he is really a friend he'll give you a good explanation. If not, well, then you had a good reason to treat this matter like ripping off a bandaid. Letting something like this grow roots and fester is a VERY BAD THING nomatter what the reason for doubting you on his part is/was at the first place
