Aaannd because I needed to worry about whether or not I'll still have a job in the near future, I had an 86 year old woman drive into my bus today! #fml

@scribus Did the old woman die?

@zeldatra No, but she's saying I drove into her, and the bus has cameras just about everywhere EXCEPT the side she ran into me on.
-
@scribus if she hit your side how could you have ran into her? does your bus drive sideways?

@scribus Well, yeah, but would they really believe a borderline senile woman over evidence?
Thursday, 11-Apr-13 23:55:38 UTC from web-
@zeldatra I'm hoping not.
-
@scribus I'm guessing that as long as you had the right of way, it'd be declared her fault and you'll get off scot-free.

@zeldatra As am I, but I've been screwed over before in life, I'm preparing for the worst here.

@scribus Just be honest and you'll be fine. This probably isn't her first crash so they'll see that it was her fault.

@rarity She claimed she'd been driving for "70 years" without an accident. (And then, the supervisor who responded to the scene pointed out a scratch on the other side of her car)

@scribus Whoa, wait, wouldn't the massive old lady car shaped dent on your bus be a clear indicator as to who hit who? How would you run into her from the side?

@zeldatra Better question still is how would I drive into someone on my left side when I was moving straight and to the right?
