@huggablysoft I was disappointed. I heard it referred to as a "fan animation" and I was expecting more than a music video. (It was, however, an excellently-animated music video!)

@redenchilada I honestly thought that it was going to be a short film at first like something along the lines of "Snowdrop" but when I saw the animatic last year, I knew that it was going to be a music video. I'm personally in now way disappointed by this at all. This was made by only two people, a husband and a wife. That definitely counts for something... TWO just TWO people made this...imagine if they had 10 or 20 people like Snowdrop did

@zeldatra Hell, even the music I make isn't the most amazing ever. I can point out the flaws I've made in every track that I've produced, but I don't go around acting like just because I work hard for hours on end making and mixing a track, that I have the obnoxious right to say that for example, Alex S's music is unimpressive and repetitive and that anyone, really can do it with some cheap and even free music making software. For one, that is totally untrue. The music that Alex S makes is actually surprisingly hard to make when you have no musical experience nor any knowledge of how to use specific music equipment and software. Seriously, just don't sit there and say that something like Children of the Night is unimpressive when most of the MLP fan videos on YouTube don't even share the same quality as it. Even Double Rainboom was impressive, even though the voice acting was a little off, but I can't complain too much about that.

@huggablysoft It's essentially the same as the show's animation, which in itself is a bunch of cheap motion tweening. I've taken so long to make My Little Brony Two because I've been going frame-by-frame the whole way. I don't use premade puppets. Every frame is redrawn.
