  1. @redenchilada I've tried several times to be civil with him, but he just confronts it with his self pity and how he refuses to see anything positive.

  2. @zeldatra That's actually kind of disgusting. I have to agree with you there. Also, its kind of a waste because what else are you going to use that jar of blarg for? What if your friend wants to make some toast? Nope...he has to dig his way around a jar full of pre-made jelly and peanut gak

Friday, 09-Aug-13 02:45:21 UTC from web in context
  3. @redenchilada It's literally like throwing a bag full of crap in my face when all I'm trying to do is give you some pointers but all you can see is your stupid failure. Eff failure. See what you can do to CORRECT that failure.

Friday, 09-Aug-13 02:42:50 UTC from web in context
  4. @redenchilada I seriously try to help people, but I can't when they constantly give up on themselves. God. It makes ME feel like a failure when people don't even want to consider a bit of advice or even see any points that anyone who's trying to help them is making. I've almost successfully committed suicide several times because of my blind self pity and it just irks me to no end when people don't realize that failure isn't the end of the world. I wouldn't be alive talking to you right now if I believed that I couldn't amount to anything.

Friday, 09-Aug-13 02:40:58 UTC from web in context
  5. @redenchilada It just kiwies me off when people give up before they even /begin/ to try. Failure is a part of life. If you can't learn how to cope with it, you're going to end up being another suicide victim.

  6. @rarity I already hate you as much as it is. Don't push your luck

  7. @redenchilada FrankerZ.

  8. @sprite You won't even bother to help yourself. So why the Hell am I going to continue trying to help you.

Friday, 09-Aug-13 02:31:55 UTC from web in context
  9. @sprite No shart Sherlock. YOU DON'T WANT TO BE HELPED BECAUSE YOU'RE SO LOST IN YOUR GOD DAMN SELF PITTY.

Friday, 09-Aug-13 02:30:46 UTC from web in context
  10. @sprite I'm done trying to convince you. You in fact ARE blind.

Friday, 09-Aug-13 02:29:33 UTC from web in context
  11. @sprite Then why the Hell do you keep doubting yourself? Explain that.

Friday, 09-Aug-13 02:28:58 UTC from web in context
  12. @sprite Look, it's called PATIENCE AND DETERMINATION. You need to learn how to be patient and LEARN how to become better! God. Even pro's fail. Its part of life. You win some. You lose some. That's life, but LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES. That's what you're failing to do. You fail and you see it as a failure and nothing more. Why don't you trying figuring out what made you fail in the first place and try to make it to where you won't make that failure again? Seriously. I've almost SUCCESSFULLY committed suicide because of the same mentality that you're having right now. I was freaking failing AT LIFE not a freaking game.

Friday, 09-Aug-13 02:27:45 UTC from web in context
  13. @sprite If people gave up, nothing would exist.

Friday, 09-Aug-13 02:22:33 UTC from web
  14. @sprite Look at it like this. Would this fanbase or even THIS VERY WEBSITE exist if people just flat out gave up because of a few failures? The people who made RDN didn't expect the site to become as popular or as successful as they thought. As far as we know, there were probably thousands of people with the same idea to make an MLP social networking site. Did they give up? Obviously not, because you and I are using the result of all of their hard work and determination.

Friday, 09-Aug-13 02:20:54 UTC from web in context
  15. @sprite How do you even know that you won't? Just because you failed a few times? God. I've failed for YEARS but I'm still not giving up on making music. Seriously, if I had the same mentality as you, I wouldn't have a SINGLE FREAKING TRACK made.

Friday, 09-Aug-13 02:18:00 UTC from web in context
  16. @sprite You're expecting an over night miracle to happen. Life doesn't work that way.

Friday, 09-Aug-13 02:16:26 UTC from web
  17. @sprite You know what? As negative as you are about everything, I'm just going to end this conversation right here and right now, because it's obvious that you've just given up on it all because you ran into a few failures.

Friday, 09-Aug-13 02:15:01 UTC from web in context
  18. @sprite You're kidding right? The MLG consists of quite literally HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF PLAYERS FROM AROUND THE WORLD.

Friday, 09-Aug-13 02:13:26 UTC from web in context
  19. @sprite The MLG wouldn't exist if it weren't for these people. Try that one for starters.

Friday, 09-Aug-13 02:11:45 UTC from web in context
  20. @sprite You give up on yourself consistently and the people who are trying to help you are going to eventually just give up on helping you because of how much you keep punching yourself down a ditch.

Friday, 09-Aug-13 02:10:57 UTC from web in context
  21. @sprite What do you expect when you want to give up so easily at something claiming that it's impossible when a lot of people have found success in what you're trying to do?

Friday, 09-Aug-13 02:09:40 UTC from web in context
  22. @sprite You're just not bothering to look for something else to do

Friday, 09-Aug-13 02:08:31 UTC from web in context
  23. @coffeecream Agreed.

Friday, 09-Aug-13 02:07:29 UTC from web in context
  24. @sprite Then give up and do something else.

Friday, 09-Aug-13 02:06:49 UTC from web in context
  25. @sprite It took me a total of 11 years of working at it to produce the music that I'm making now. The first 2 years of my musical path was full of the pain of failures, horrendous songs and barely even knowing how to play the notes to "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star"

Friday, 09-Aug-13 02:01:45 UTC from web in context
  26. @pegasusjones @sprite Look. This was me about 8 years ago: http://www.soundclick.com/bands/default.cfm?bandID=400148 .... and this is me now: https://soundcloud.com/huggablysoft That's 8 years of time passed. If I gave up just like what you're doing right now, do you honestly think that I would even be making music tracks right now?

Friday, 09-Aug-13 01:57:33 UTC from web in context
  27. @pegasusjones @sprite Exactly. Don't immediately give up just because you've failed a few times. Keep going. Its how people get good at what they do. No one is born knowing how to do something professionally. It takes years of patience and practice.

Friday, 09-Aug-13 01:53:28 UTC from web in context
  28. @coffeecream Same here. Its how I find out what songs mix well with others and which ones share the same bass lines :3

Friday, 09-Aug-13 01:49:20 UTC from web in context
  29. @sprite Keep telling yourself that and you'll never be successful. It took me 11 years...yes 11 YEARS to get as good as I am right now at remixing.

Friday, 09-Aug-13 01:48:04 UTC from web in context
  30. @coffeecream You know...this particular kind of track has the same progression that I was aiming for... gentle, ambient backgrounds with hard hitting basses and drums.
