@mushi What is wrong with downloading the occasional thing from TPB ? When I miss an episode of my shows on TV I usually hop on TPB before I go to sites like www.uitzendinggemist.nl ( < streaming service for when you missed an episode ) because IMHO that streaming service is god-awfull

@mushi I will generally pirate something I wouldn't really buy any other way. Also, if I pirate it and like it, I'll pay for it. ie, the Witcher 2.

@mushi I'm sorta turning towards it. We have one PC that can pull a bit of weight. Other than that it's sorta Playstation all the way and a Wii that's been softmodded. We've got an Xbox 360 but Microsoft has sort of left a sour taste in my mouth.

@mushi Agreed. I don't have a GC but I do have a Wii that's been modded to play both pirated Wii and GC games. It's fun!

@mushi As of about 5 years now I am WAO ( Translates as "Legally not Suited for Work ) ... So I do a LOT of charity work to pay for my hobbies and gaming needs... Also to distract myself from doing anything but, but that is another story

@critialcloudkicker i was working as a volunteer at a lab at the college, but they are paying me since the begining of this year. It is not much money, but it is enough for my hobbies

@mushi IMHO charity work means doing work for free and only reaping the benefits of karma ( Helping out fellow lifeforms ) company, perhaps make some friends along the way, and open the ability to use the companies resourses ( such as buying large quantities of [item] for cheaper and chipping in )

@critialcloudkicker yeah, then it was charity work. but i didnt make many friends there, actually, my professer thought i didnt like working there because i never got along with the workmates

@mushi Getting along with some type or form of people is hard... Surprisingly nerds and jocks are a better match around this area than lets say jocks and cheerleaders. ... To skip ahead to my personal preference and dislike... I simply can not get along well with people who claim to know anything better than you and can not take responsibility for when it goes wrong... Or the people who are afraid to get dirty... I can get along with anybody else just fine :)

@mushi I must have read all of the interesting books ( Mostly science, or medical, or howto construct ) ... And a lot of plain "good" story books in Dutch... And quite a lot in English... Next up on my to-read list are a few "for dummies" books, including "Civil engineering" and "PCB boards and electricity"... I just hope they exist

@xeleanorxrigbyx It's Futura PT. Just try a ctrl-refresh or whatever clears the cache on your machine. It should just pop right in.
