        @mrmattimation you can't touch it's wool, otherwise your hand gets zapped. I have like 2 inches of face that's visible that you can pet safely.

                @mastertdi Also most Pokémon react differently depending on where you're petting them. Azurill was happy with being pet on the head, but if you pet it's ears it'd look uphappy and petting the little ball it sits on made it really happy
