  2. !bcbronies I'm thinking we should mention to the EQD nightly roundup about our forum as soon as it hits 25 members.

  3. !bcbronies Ok, so apparently there are Kelowna Bronies that have no idea about RDN and the Forum. Someone should tell them over Facebook that we exist: http://www.facebook.com/BUCKKelowna (We had no idea until tonight's Nightly Roundup)

  4. !vancouverbronies 17 members so far. We will also bring up our new forum at the meetup and hopefully more members will join.

  6. !vancouverbronies I just woke up at 8:30PM... Unless I can pull some strings, I may have a hard time getting to Saturday's meetup... My biological clock is screwed...

  7. @bronymike !vancouverbronies Don't get me started on China. The 1980s China Central Television Journey to the West series had a beheading with blood and a missing head... and this was family entertainment cause it was part of the legend of one of the greatest stories in Chinese History.

  8. @mcbrony !vancouverbronies With our lack of selection compared to the US, I wouldn't hold high hopes for it to be on the Canadian Netflix.

  9. @bronymike !vancouverbronies And they'll probably cut the heck out of the season finale.

  10. @bronymike !vancouverbronies Yep, there's gonna be ridiculous censoring but if it was on a CTV network and rated G as opposed to C, we'd have the best of both worlds with HD 1080 and untouched/uncensored.

  11. !vancouverbronies Bleh. Corus/Treehouse picked up Season 2, finally... Still, no HD in Canada because of this. HD in Canada will only come with a Bell Media network.

  12. !vancouverbronies 11 members so far on our humble forum. Spread the word.

  13. @spectrumflash One final thing, enabling the upcoming calendar section for the front page would be beneficial.

Friday, 01-Jun-12 04:44:56 UTC from web
  14. @spectrumflash Is there any way to select a date range rather than just a single day for events on the calendar?

Friday, 01-Jun-12 04:12:16 UTC from web in context
  15. @spectrumflash Later on, a multimedia section could be useful. But it's early and that's thinking ahead.

Friday, 01-Jun-12 03:42:20 UTC from web
  16. @spectrumflash Can you see if you can get the same "[ON CALENDAR]" tags onto topics that have an event tied to it as the BC Furries forum?

Friday, 01-Jun-12 03:27:36 UTC from web in context
  17. @spectrumflash Yeah, but I currently can't create topics in anywhere except the General Category. There's a permissions issue.

Friday, 01-Jun-12 03:01:56 UTC from web in context
  18. @spectrumflash as you're making the stickies, Don't forget there is now a !victoriabronies group too.

Friday, 01-Jun-12 02:58:21 UTC from web in context
  19. @spectrumflash Permissions are set wrong. Every board except the General boards are set to not allow anyone else but Admin to post new topics...

Friday, 01-Jun-12 02:55:19 UTC from web in context
  20. @spectrumflash BTW, can't post topics yet, if it is the same permission based thing where an Admin has to allow someone to post after registering (RainRat does this over on BC Furries) We may need more than one admin (but I'm personally not keen on approving posting privileges)

  21. !bcbronies We now officially have a forum on it's own unique domain name! Feel free to join the OFFICIAL BC Bronies forum at http://www.bcbronies.org (we're cleaning up our dust, but with help, we can get an official logo and do monthly banner art) Please give thanks to @spectrumflash for making this possible!

Friday, 01-Jun-12 02:38:17 UTC from web
  22. @spectrumflash We have approval from @bronymike, we can announce it publicly soon.

Friday, 01-Jun-12 02:21:33 UTC from web
  23. @spectrumflash either @bronymike is too busy to notice the forum or he's ignoring it... I still believe the forum has a shot of being the one the majority of us use. Do put a sticky in the events section though to say to always share any events organized through the forum on RDN as well.

  24. @thepuzzldpirate !vancouverbronies How about 16th preferable and 23rd-24th as backup? We need backup days in case it rains.

Friday, 01-Jun-12 01:18:44 UTC from web in context
  25. @thepuzzldpirate !vancouverbronies Kitsilano. Burrard Skytrain station has multiple buses that will take you to the pool.

  26. @fang8989 !vancouverbronies @tequilasunrise used Survey Monkey a while back as a polling count. We could ask that another poll be created on that site for those that refuse to use facebook.

Friday, 01-Jun-12 00:38:16 UTC from web in context
  27. !vancouverbronies If we do choose June 23rd for the BBQ, it will have to be in place of the Bamboo Cafe meetup. We can iron out the details this Saturday though. (but also don't forget the Cos & Effect Pinkiequest is still on for Late August)

Thursday, 31-May-12 10:46:55 UTC from web
  28. @yeah568 We've established a domain name and setup a forum on that domain now. Feel free to join at bcbronies.org

Thursday, 31-May-12 09:04:15 UTC from web in context
  29. @spectrumflash Yup, looks good at the moment. We just need to un-template it by adding custom logos and maybe (and this might take a bit longer) having a monthly banner thing...

Thursday, 31-May-12 08:56:21 UTC from web in context
  30. @thepuzzldpirate !vancouverbronies However, out of the two available right now, I'd vote for Kits because it is easier to get to by transit. You get off at Burrard Skytrain and take the 32 bus towards Dunbar. You just get off at the pool.
